Programing Features
Key Inquiry Show what is programmed to a key [button]

Press Feature * 0
The screen will show you what that key [button] does.
Programme outside speed dial / number to a key:

Press Feature * 1
press required key then dial the outside number
[There is no need to enter the outside line access]
Programme internal extension number to a key:

Press Feature * 2
press required key then dial the extension number
Programme a function / feature to a key:

Press Feature * 3
Press required key then dial feature code [e.g. last number re-dial Feature 5 ]
Move Feature from one Key to another

Press Feature * 81
Press the line key / button you want to move
Press the line key / button you want to move it to
Press Rls
The functions of the keys are now exchanged. Line keys cannot be exchanged with intercom or handsfree/mute keys.
Personal Speed Dial*
Programme a personal speed dial

Press Feature * 4
Press a two digit code 71 - 94 dial telephone number required
Insert 9 / line access code at the front of number if required
Press hold when finished
Use a Personal speed dial

Use a personal speed dial To dial:
Press Feature 0, and a two digit code 71 - 94
These speed dials are available at your phone only
Note: Some systems may differ having a three digit code instead of two
Contact your system manager
Use a central speed dial:
Press Feature 0 and a two digit code 01 - 70 (subject to call barring)
These speed dials are available at all phones
Note: Some systems may differ having a three digit code instead of two
Contact your system manager
These numbers are programmed by the system manager
*Speed Dial numbers may vary. Depends on how your system was set up.
Modify settings to your phone
Set Ring Type Programme ring type & volume:
Press Feature * 6
press 1 2 3 4 to choose ring type, use the volume bar to set ring volume
Adjust LCD contrast

Press Feature * 7 and 1 - 9 or up / down
Set Ring Volume

Press Feature * 80
phone starts ringing
use the volume bar to set ring volume
press Rls
Useful Features
Conference Call

1. Make or take a call
2. Put the first call on hold
3. Make or take a second call
4. Press Feature 3 or conf/trans
5. Press the line key of the first held call
6. To end the conference press Rls
Call Forward to another extension

Press Feature 4 then dial the extension you wish to forward to
If you have programed the extension as one of your features, press the key instead of dialling the extension
Cancel Call Forward to another extension

Press Feature # 4
Last Number Redial

Feature 5
Do Not Disturb

Press Feature 85
Press Feature # 85 to cancel
